Two decades of Body Geometry research combined with this liquid polymer 3D printing technology have allowed us to create a honeycomb structure that facilitates a fine tuning of the support for the sit bones. This saddle is based on the profile of the Power models—highly appreciated by cyclists around the world for the Body Geometry cutout, very wide and long, to reduce pressure on soft tissue—while the structure is that of the S-Works Power Mirror, a matrix of 14,000 struts and 7,799 nodes, each of them individually tunable for unparalleled comfort. The Power Pro Mirror saddle has titanium springs and a shell in reclaimed carbon fiber, and makes Mirror technology accessible to a greater number of cyclists.

Cycling is one of the most sustainable means of transport, but more needs to be done. The shell of this saddle is made of recycled carbon. This represents a first step towards circular production, optimising efficiency and reducing waste. By using carbon waste from our factories, combined with injected nylon, we have managed to create a sustainable product.
