Every detail has been taken care of with the utmost attention both in the design phase and in the manufacturing process of the product, which respects the philosophy «Made in Italy» which Repente has always been inspired by.

The shape of the Quasar saddle is characterised by the 142 mm «flat» inspired seat and the central opening, inserted in a large channel to relieve perineal pressure.

The large rear support surface has been modelled according to the anatomical and ergonomic criteria that represent a peculiar trait of all Repente saddles.

The “close fit” effect produced by this particular shape makes the seat comfortable without the need for thick layers of padding and allows you to immediately find the most effective riding position.

The hull is made of PA12 reinforced with long carbon fibres.

The padding is made of polyurethane, while a non-slip water-based polyurethane microfibre was chosen for the covering.

The rail was made of Aisi Stainless Steel, a type of steel with extremely high mechanical properties. Repente further strengthened it by subjecting it to a special process called Shot 304, which hardens the surface of the metal and makes it more resistant.
