ADR is a patent-pending technical feature based on a unique combination that makes it virtually impossible for debris to enter the bearing. It consists of a new dust cover design that is firmly anchored in a groove in the pulley, thus completely enclosing the bearing. This is combined with a blade-like groove structure surrounding the dust cover, which dynamically pulls debris away from the pulley as it rotates.
The ALPHA disc features a two-piece construction. A separate wide and narrow tooth profile made of a composite material that provides protection from prolonged wear and noise reduction. Plus a solid aluminum disc that eliminates the risk of foreign objects getting caught between the pulley spokes, adding strength and rigidity to the pulley design.
